We work remotely to offer client management services to accountancy practices throughout Ireland.

• We provide the service of sorting  invoices and dockets whereby we sort and categorise invoices and receipts before inputting them to your preferred accounting system where we can produce a trial balance, nominal activity and balance sheet as required.

• We work with a broad range of client industries including online digital businesses, trades people, construction engineers, sub contractors and self employed SME businesses.

• Our service offering is to structure client paperwork to enable their accountant, to file a tax return in a timely manner.

• Other services we offer include:

                   -Payroll Services

• We use Sage Accounting, Xero and Dear Accounting which can be linked to either Autoentry or Hub Doc. By working with these online data system readers, we can process large quantities of invoices in a small-time frame.

• In addition to our regular bookkeeping services, we also offer a business registration service. We register business names, incorporate  limited companies and complete a “change of directors/secretary” return for limited companies.

• We can also help accountancy practices to file annual client returns.
